They're back!! Our TAKS test results are in, and they are WONDERFUL!!! I'm so proud of my students. They worked very hard, and the results prove it. I'm sorry, but please allow me to brag now. My Writing TAKS scores were 99% passing, and my Reading scores were 96% passing! This could have never happened if my students were not as attentive as they were. I promised them a donut party and a free day if they did well, soooo let the party begin! I know this may be foreign to some people, but to anyone that's familar with TAKS testing knows that it's a big deal in the education world. Now, I know it shouldn't be, but it is, so we have to do our very best. Please pray for our kids in the public school system because this is a very trying time for them, and I wish the tests were done away with! Thanks for letting me brag awhile....I just couldn't help myself.

Thank you for all of the "Congratulations"! I AM very proud of my students. We had our 1st of 3 donut parties today, and they loved it!!
